Southern Glamping provides a platform to book glamping accommodations in New Zealand. The website is owned and operated by Southern Glamping Ltd, a New Zealand company. By using our platform to book accommodation, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

2. ​Bookings

 

To make a booking, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself and your party. When you make a booking, you will be required to pay a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

 

3. Cancellations

 

If you cancel your booking, the following fees will apply:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the stay: full refund

• Cancellation between 14 and 29 days before the start of the stay: 50% refund

• Cancellation within 14 days of the start of the stay: no refund

The accommodation provided on our website is owned and operated by third-party providers. Southern Glamping acts as an intermediary between you and the accommodation providers. We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation providers are reliable and of a high standard. However, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the accommodation or any issues that may arise during your stay.

 

5. Liability

Southern Glamping will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property resulting from the use of our platform, the booking of accommodation or the use of the accommodation. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Southern Glamping and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any of the content on our website without our prior written consent.
